About Heather

As a spiritual coach, Reiki Master, and chaplain, I walk alongside those seeking light in the midst of life’s darkest moments. My own journey has not been without struggle—living with ongoing health challenges has deepened my empathy, strengthened my faith, and taught me the power of hope when everything else feels uncertain.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Religious Education and have served as a chaplain, offering compassionate care to people from all walks of life. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that hope isn’t the absence of hardship—it’s the quiet strength that rises within us when we choose to believe that purpose still exists, even in pain.

In my coaching practice, I create a safe, faith-centered space where you can process life’s challenges, reconnect with your spiritual foundation, and rediscover your God-given purpose. Together, we’ll explore tools for healing, prayer, reflection, and personal growth so you can move from surviving to truly living again.
